The location was excellent, to the correct motorway exit the following morning, in the tranquil area. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Municipio 5 district. The room we had included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. A bathtub was clean and everything was excellent...

The location is perfect and excellent, very close to the expressway, and also just 3 miles away from Titolo; the rooms here felt almost like a scene from a movie.

The value for money at Villa Nicolaus was exceptional and the room was cozy and beautiful. The location was convenient as it was close to the train station and the owners, Leonardo and his wife, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
One thing that could have made the breakfast better is if they had offered a courtesy breakfast bag for guests with early departure times.

My Easter stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. the air conditioning was a lifesaver and worked perfectly. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of pastries, drinks, and yogurt options. the staff made an effort to communicate in both Italian and English, which was greatly appreciated. the location of the hotel was key, as it was conveniently situated close to the airport and had easy access to the seaside and nearby restaurants.
One of the main issues was the lack of proper heating in the room. Despite having hot radiators initially, they would become cold during the night, leaving the room chilly in the morning.

As a traveler with a late flight, Villa Nicolaus was the perfect choice for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. We were warmly welcomed by Leo, who ensured our needs were met and even recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant. The villa itself is beautiful, with spotlessly clean rooms and a charming breakfast lounge. The owners, Leonardo and Mina, were gracious and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location, with easy access to the airport and train station, was ideal for exploring the area.
Would recommend this hotel.

Free continental breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel was simply divine. Every morning, I indulged in a delightful spread of freshly baked pastries, aromatic coffee, and a variety of Italian delicacies. It was like having a breakfast buffet fit for royalty!
Noisy location: The hotel's location, though convenient, was a bit noisy due to its proximity to a railway station. At certain hours, the passing trains caused some disturbances, and it took a bit of patience to wait for them to pass.

I absolutely adored the elegant and classy interior design of the hotel. The decor felt so welcoming and comforting, especially for someone like me, a senior woman. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around with ease. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were no stairs to climb, and the rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor, allowing me to move around effortlessly.
The only thing I wished for was a better selection of activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been delightful to have organized outings or social gatherings where fellow seniors could connect and enjoy each other's company.

This charming B&B is conveniently located near the Bari train station, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to the airport is also a plus for those with early or late flights. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts are friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to pick up guests from the airport. The delicious breakfast and lovely garden are additional highlights of this hidden gem.
Some guests had difficulty finding the B&B due to a lack of clear directions and signage.
